The International Training Conference (ITC) is an annual event organised by the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). This week, I am in Orlando, Florida, to attend the 2016 ITC.
It has been a fantastic week of training and networking at my first ITC. The IAAI certainly know how to do it. If you haven't been to an ITC, seriously consider it. The IAAI Foundation will offer scholarships next year (worth US$1,000) for members to attend. Consider joining the IAAI and applying for the scholarship. Next year, the ITC will be held in Las Vegas from 9-14 April.
Congratulations to Belinda "BJ" Jones on obtaining her IAAI-CFI certification. She is now the 6th IAAI-CFI in Australia, and the first female to receive certification! Well done!
