Thank you to all members who attended our latest Education Night on 1 June. This Education Night featured two separate presentations by President Michael Forbes as well as Paul Sweeney. Michael discussed the changes that have been made to NFPA 921 over the past three years including adjustments to definitions and terminology, new techniques, and clarification of various fire investigation topics. Paul presented an interesting case study on arson fires in the Macarthur district and methods employed by the RFS to combat the issue.
