Thank you for your interest in joining the NSWAFI; please complete the application form below. Your completed form will be assessed by the Committee at the next Commitee meeting. Committee meetings are held every two months, so please bear with us if there is a delay in confirming your membership. After the meeting, you will be contacted regarding the outcome of your application. Please note that simply completing this form does not automatically grant you membership of the NSWAFI. By completing this form, you agree to be bound by our Code of Ethics if your membership application is successful.

 

After you have completed this form, you will be taken to Paypal to pay your membership dues. If your application for membership is denied by the Committee, your dues will be refunded. If you cannot pay your membership dues online, please contact the treasurer to arrange payment.
